Ph\u00fa An Bamboo village started construction in 2004 in Ph\u00fa An Ward, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong and officially opened to the public in 2008. This is the first green bamboo conservation area in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n

Ph\u00fa An bamboo system consists of a botanical museum and a bamboo museum – where over 300 bamboo samples are stored and developed, more than 90% of which are Vietnamese varieties. This is the first green bamboo ecosystem conservation area in Vietnam and Southeast Asia including about 1,500 bamboo species. Nature lovers will certainly find a lot of interesting things when coming here.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Bamboo village is designed in an open space with two independent areas: bamboo museum and research area. Because of the impacts of natural disasters and people, the tree symbolizing for the character, national morality has been gradually narrowed down. As a result, bamboo conservation area was formed. The research area is considered as a must for experts and students to explore and learn ways of preserving and developing green bamboo. Especially, visitors have the opportunity to get details about bamboo varieties, development and grafting process through images, models, documentaries. Bamboo village of Ph\u00fa An not only attracts science lovers to learn about studies of various green bamboo ecosystems but also appeals to many nature lovers to enjoy the peace in a \u201cgreen world\u201d. Every year, Ph\u00fa An bamboo village welcomes many visitors, both domestic and overseas, to this green tourist attraction. While science lovers come to the village for researching purposes, tourists arrive here to enjoy themselves in a calm atmosphere with birds singing and the wind soughing.
